Ichishima Shuzo's "Yume
I bought this at a liquor store to drink at the inn while strolling around Tsukioka Onsen town and drinking various Niigata sake tastings.
I don't think it's easy to find small bottles of Yume in Niigata City.
It has a clean ginjo scent, a mild mouthfeel and a smooth taste.
It has a mellow mouthfeel, a smooth sweetness
It has a thick umami.
Drink it while watching the Olympic ping-pong tournament.
