At the Tsukioka hot spring in Niihata, a sake brewery in Niihata Ichishima Shuzo's "Yume I bought this at a liquor store to drink at the inn while strolling around Tsukioka Onsen town and drinking various Niigata sake tastings. I don't think it's easy to find small bottles of Yume in Niigata City. It has a clean ginjo scent, a mild mouthfeel and a smooth taste. It has a mellow mouthfeel, a smooth sweetness It has a thick umami. Drink it while watching the Olympic ping-pong tournament. The "dream" gold medal, beating China! First time in history! Well done, Mizutani and Mima! It was bad at first, but you didn't give up and came back to win. (I'm so impressed!) That was awesome! === Ingredients: Rice(Japan), Rice malt(Japan) Rice polishing ratio: 50%. Alcohol content: 15 degrees === ★★☆☆☆
