At the Tsukioka hot spring in Niihata, a sake brewery in Niihata Ichishima Shuzo's "Yume I bought this at a liquor store to drink at the inn while strolling around Tsukioka Onsen town and drinking various Niigata sake tastings. I don't think it's easy to find small bottles of Yume in Niigata City. It has a clean ginjo scent, a mild mouthfeel and a smooth taste. It has a mellow mouthfeel, a smooth sweetness It has a thick umami. Drink it while watching the Olympic ping-pong tournament. The "dream" gold medal, beating China! First time in history! Well done, Mizutani and Mima! It was bad at first, but you didn't give up and came back to win. (I'm so impressed!) At summer Tsukioka Onsen Hirose-kan Summer vacation continues (*ˊˋ*) ❤ੈ Smooth, soft, nice hot water~! As you would expect from a beauty spa. A4 Wagyu beef shabu-shabu, grilled sweetfish, Koshihikari rice from Kaji... And then there's Ichishima Brewery's Ohmon. The smooth deliciousness which is sweet to a gentle aroma, and It is a marriage where the crispy chilled Ohmon complements the opulent meal. Delicious! Happy. The women's skateboarding and judo were great today! At Tsukioka Onsen Hirosekan. Go to Travel for luxury in a nearby location. Emerald hot springs, delicious food (the Japanese black beef was fantastic), wonderful view, building and staff. We had a great time, the view, the building and the staff were fantastic. It was planned by Hirosekan and Tsukioka Onsen, and manufactured by Fuji-no-Ii Shuzo. I thought about taking it as a souvenir, but I opened it to drink it in this atmosphere. It was refreshing and delicious. === Ingredients: Rice (made in Japan), rice malt (made in Japan), brewing alcohol Alcohol content: 15 degrees. Sake meter value: Acidity: Rice polishing ratio: 60%.
