This is the first hiyaoroshi of this brand. Hiyoroshi" does not mean cold sake, but rather sake that is fired once in early spring, matured during the summer, and shipped in the fall. I was completely mistaken. The taste is light and dry, and it seems to be an all-round type of sake that goes well with all kinds of food.

I haven't had this drink in a while, but it's still like water. I can't say I like this one very much. The alcohol content is a little low, but it remains as an alcoholic drink, and when it gets thin to the taste it loses its flavor.
