I thought it would be sweet like Mio, but I was surprised to find it was a Japanese sake! I was a little surprised!
The alcohol content is about 14%, but it's easy to drink!
It goes well with the fat from the yakitori, and it refreshes the palate, so it goes down easy.

This is the first hiyaoroshi of this brand. Hiyoroshi" does not mean cold sake, but rather sake that is fired once in early spring, matured during the summer, and shipped in the fall. I was completely mistaken. The taste is light and dry, and it seems to be an all-round type of sake that goes well with all kinds of food.
