It has a delicious yet gorgeous flavor and a clean finish.
The nose is slightly woody with woody oak nuances.

Mild taste with sweetness as the main flavor.
Not distinctive, but light and clean drinking.

I had it with my colleagues at work. It is not as peculiar as Harada. It is a Matsuyama-Mitsui sake, so I felt it was very light. For me, a dry sake lover, it is a top level sake.
