Izakaya a short walk west of Fukuma Station
Sake from Shikoku seems unusual and I end up ordering it
I drink it cold.
Clear and colorless
It has a full flavor in the mouth.
The flavor spreads slowly.
Slightly woody nuance when served with sashimi.
It is good to drink with snacks or to enjoy the sake itself.
The name is impressive, and although it does not have the sharpness of the flavor of a single sword, I like it very much.
Sake from Uchiko-cho, a town (southwest) where the Uchiko-za Theater, where kabuki and rakugo performances are held, is located.
It has a delicious yet gorgeous flavor and a clean finish.
The nose is slightly woody with woody oak nuances.
Body is light 0.5
Mild taste with sweetness as the main flavor.
Not distinctive, but light and clean drinking.
