Sake from Shikoku seems unusual and I end up ordering it
I drink it cold.
Clear and colorless
It has a full flavor in the mouth.
The flavor spreads slowly.
Slightly woody nuance when served with sashimi.
It is good to drink with snacks or to enjoy the sake itself.
The name is impressive, and although it does not have the sharpness of the flavor of a single sword, I like it very much.
