Sake Go Around Kobe ①
Unfortunately, I couldn't make the post on Sake Day, but I did enjoy Sake Day 🤣.
I was so excited to see how it would be like to participate in my first go-around, I arrived 3 minutes before the restaurant opened at 11am as scheduled, but when I got out of the elevator, there were already more than 15 people in line, which was unexpected since it was held on a weekday 😂 I managed to make the second turn and entered the restaurant 😀 I had wanted to visit this restaurant before, and since the restaurant usually opens at 6pm, it was basically a restaurant I couldn't come to since I'm a morning drinker 😂. I am a morning drinker, so I couldn't come here 😂.
I wanted to get some more, but there was a wait, and I had to leave because there was another one coming up 😁 My impression of the sake was as usual, all I can remember is that it was delicious 🤣 I've seen it at a nearby sake store on Awaji Island, and I've also seen it at a nearby sake store on Awaji Island. I have seen it at a nearby liquor store on Awaji Island, and the brewer said it was the same.
I'm sure they sell it in Awaji Island too, but it wasn't registered at Sakegawa 😅.
Sanzui Unfiltered Nama-shu Junmai Daiginjo-shu
Mellow flavor, easy to drink with a gentle feel on the palate.
It has a sharpness, but the impact of the mildness in the mouth is huge!
Purchased from Iwai Kotobuki Shoten in Akashi City, Hyogo Prefecture.
Mild and elegant aroma and sweetness. Moderate acidity. Surprisingly easy to drink. Dangerous sake: ❗️
Sanzui Junmai Daiginjo Unfiltered Nama-shu Nao Kumi
Easy to drink, sweet, umami, dark, and sharp. ......
Hmmm, I think I'm going to get hooked on this one!
My favorite 4 stars!
Melon-like aroma when opened.
Tangy from the sweet melon in the first sip
Alcoholic feeling!
I haven't had that feeling in my throat in a long time.
I thought it was fruity, so I bought it.
But it is a very strong sake!
I thought it was light, dry, and sweet.
