My daughter's school trip was cancelled in Corona, so we were able to travel as a family to Kyoto. The local train stopped due to a personal injury accident. I made a detour and just in time to catch the bullet train. I was so tired. So, we had a meal as soon as we arrived in Kyoto. It comes in full-bodied but clean and sharp. It's delicious, isn't it? The first sake was a winner 🍶. By the way, it is said to be read as "A-nyu". I can't read it!

This is a pure rice wine from Kyoto, written "Kanpu" (meaning "dry wind"). The label has a delicate feel to it, but the sake is easy to drink and has no quirks. It can be drunk cold or hot.
