Sake level is -7.5, but the sweetness is normal to low. Some people may find it a little spicy. You can't rely on the sake meter for nigori (nigori) sake. I don't feel much of a tangy taste. If you like slightly sweet sake and can drink calpis, you should try it. Hands-on taste

Ah! I remembered that when I had fried soft shell crab a few months ago (this is the other half of the time ^ ^), it was special junmai Kita-Akita๐ถ (เนหหห).
It was a coincidental choice of sake from the same brewery.
It was a delicious sake with a slightly sweet, smooth, and pleasant texture that was really easy to drink and perfect for the seasonal firefly squid and spring cabbage.
