One of my favorites from the tasting. It was so delicious and different than usual non-cedar barrel sake. I bought some so I can have it again later 🥰

Fresh and melony on the nose. Dry, acidic, and refreshing on the tongue! Delicious! I wish I could have brought this home but I bought too much other sake and shochu 😂

久々となる今代司、今回は低アル純米。銘柄は、中秋の名月と並び称される名月と誉れ高き十六夜から名を頂いたいざよいで。純米ながらシードルの様な香りが。フレーバーも白ワインに近い感じ？で、スペックは

この一本はオータムリミテッド、即ちひやおろしの範疇ではなかろうかと。晩飯のおかずであったお肉の炒め物を肴に。併せる器も、いざよいという事で東方Projectは咲夜さんのロックグラスで(((^^;)この一本は、食中酒と言うよりもスイーツ相手にゆるっと長く楽しむのが個人的にはオススメかと…何はともあれ錦秋の名月の名を頂いた一本、美味しゅう御座いました_(._.)_
