This is a sake to support the recovery from the Noto Peninsula earthquake. Sakurada Sake Brewery in Suzu City, Ishikawa Prefecture, was hit by the earthquake. Miraculously, the sake rice that survived the disaster is brewed with Kurumata Shuzo's sake rice, and blended with a small amount of Dakei Junmai that remained under the brewery. Profits will be used to fund the reconstruction of the Sakurada Brewery. The taste is as expected of Tengumai.

Ontakedo, Ueda City, Nagano Prefecture 4.5 The other day, I happened to find this snake-eyed tokkuri at an old tableware shop in Kichijoji. I bought it because it was rare to find a sake cup with a snake's eye. The clerk told me that it might have been made as a novelty item. I poured some Yamasan, which I had just purchased, into it and tasted it. It was sweet and full-bodied, with just the right amount of acidity. A fruity and delicious cup.

Kotohira-cho, Nakatado-gun, Kagawa 4.0 I ran out of sake to drink at home, so I went to Bishakudo in Kotoe while running errands. There are so many that it's hard to choose. I bought only two bottles of sake because I couldn't fit them in my refrigerator. This was my first Kagawa sake. It has a muscat flavor and a full-bodied taste.
