Sawaya Matsumoto. This was the last one, but they didn't serve any Hokkaido sake until the end. The fifth sake I didn't know about today is ‼️ Higashitsuru from Saga. From this restaurant's previous choices, I guess it's a major one I just don't know about ❓️🤔.

The first is the Cherry Blossom. The Sushi restaurant is not interested in Hokkaido. The Sushi Restaurant is not interested in Hokkaido's Sake ❓️🤣 It is the right choice, but we are in Sapporo.... I'm not interested in Hokkaido.

Suzuka no Saku. Another famous classic sake. It's delicious after all.

Machida Sake Brewery in Gunma. It has a gorgeous ginjo aroma and sweetness. A delicious one that seems to be popular with everyone.
