hoshiakiYamahai Junmai Junmai 🍶.
Sweet and spicy, a little melon, rather spicy. Oyster tempura was so tasty that I had to have another 😅Mixed with oysters, it was mild and had more umami. I had the spicy squid satsuma-age from the Hirakata fishing port 🦑 and the soba with mori-soba to finish.

I had it at a tasting and it was a bit harsh and not my favorite, but the owner recommended it with soda ✨ The bitterness is gone. Easy to drink 😆, transformed into a refreshing drink. It's a good way to drink in hot summers or when the drink is a bit harsh. Also goes well with pickled sardines 👍

Here is the third glass of the ikiizumi set 😆 Dry, crisp ✨Refreshing. Dry and crisp ✨Refreshing. Accepts oyster tempura easily. The coleslaw salad at Soba Restaurant is quite delicious 😋The owner who loves Kentucky coleslaw recreated the taste by himself 😅The condensed milk, honey and white pepper are the key ingredients.

A classic with a bit of gusto 😳. But not too harsh. It goes well with Hiroshima oyster tempura 🦪. The homemade pickles are also a nice touch to refresh the taste. ☺️
