The umami of koji malt! It is a full flavor that spreads throughout the mouth. I thought it was smooth and easy to drink like water, but then I laughed when I read on the online sales site that it is also said to be like water when drunk chilled. I looked it up and found that it is one of Yamana Shuzo's "natural sake series 0△□□" and that it is called "□tsuchisake" (like Prestige). It seems that only a few stores carry it, but I want to conquer them all!
