Dry Wakakoma. This is also Nanto. This might be my first time too. This is also my first time to drink this.
After the shabu shabu shabu with Tsukinowaguma, I had Himi udon noodles, which I thought was sweet, but then I had rice cooked with firefly squid (‼️). The first bowl of rice was just as it was, and the second bowl was ochazuke with five-color arare and dashi broth. I'm full 😆.
After eating sakekasu ice cream, we were taken to a tea room for matcha tea and tea sweets.

Chiyotsuru from Namekawa. Still more Toyama sake to come. Not flashy, but an excellent sake as a food sake to complement the food.

Sashimi: Shiroebi (white shrimp) and firefly squid, a representative of Toyama's spring season, which has been released this month. I heard that the raw fish parts of firefly squid are not allowed to be eaten. So, they pulled out the guts and cooked them before serving. This is delicious😍Wata is the best part of firefly squid! Hayashi's Gohyakumangoku. This is the brand that is always served when you order sake at a restaurant in Toyama. But it is that good. It has a good balance of sweetness, sourness, and umami.
