Toyama food tour in spring without using any Hokuriku Ouenwari (tearful) 🌸 Fourth dinner on the first day, "Raijin Kijin Hagihara" 🍶.
Now the Nanto sake. San Shoraku, which I might have had for the first time. This is nice. Maybe the best today. I think I prefer Hayashi or this one.
Three kinds of tempura of wild vegetables. Cod sprouts, kogomi, and koshiora. A treat only for this season ✨.
And the shabu shabu of tsukinowaguma. The pot is full of Japanese parsley.
