The first one 🍶 at "Raijin Kijin Hagihara" for dinner on the first day 🌸 of the spring food tour in Toyama without using any Hokuriku Ouenwari (tearful).
Hayashi's Gohyakumangoku. This is the brand that is always served when you order sake at a restaurant in Toyama. But it is that good. It has a good balance of sweetness, sourness, and umami.
I came to the restaurant hungry, but the gentle aroma and salty taste of the sakurayu served at the start of the meal calmed me down. It's so nice and spring-like 🌸.
