Toyama's famous Katsuma sake. It's hard to find as usual, but it's a delicious sake 😃It's always served here, too. It makes you feel like you've been to Toyama.
Sashimi: Shiroebi (white shrimp) and firefly squid, a representative of Toyama's spring season, which has been released this month. I heard that the raw fish parts of firefly squid are not allowed to be eaten. So, they pulled out the guts and cooked them before serving. This is delicious😍Wata is the best part of firefly squid! It makes the sake go down a treat. The white prawns are also great, sticky and sweet.
The bowl of sea bream and kuzu-zakura (cherry blossom) is also very spring-like 🌸.
