#FullMoonFestival2022 YukkieFollowing last night's unfiltered, unfiltered, raw sake, this is Miyamanishiki hiyaoroshi. The fruity aroma is still intact, and the crisp, dry finish makes it a good choice for a mid-meal drink. YukkieKurosawa's Aki-agari last night. I love this one because I can feel the acidity of the sake. I hope we can drink a lot of it this year. YukkieThe summer sake is refreshing and crisp, and is drunk more and more.
