Yamae-Nishiki 65% polished rice. The balance between the umami of the rice and the acidity of the sake's natural yeast production makes it easy to drink. It is delicious cold, but I wonder if it will change when lightly heated.
Polished rice of 65% Yamae-Nishiki produced in Nagano Prefecture. The ultra-fine effervescence is refreshing on the palate. Kurosawa Shuzo's sake is a wonderful sake that is both easy to drink and delicious.
