やまI loved drinking 寫楽 when I lived in Tohoku🍶.
I never thought I'd be able to drink it in Kyoto!
Today we had Fukui, Fukushima, and Fukuzukuri.
It has a smooth taste without any peculiarities.
And yet there is a subtle flavor that lingers.
Sake is so good.
The steamed chicken thigh and eel are also delicious.
It's a good night. やまI don't think that everything should be called fruity.
But this sake, Kuroryu, is fruity!
It's cold, so I served it with gratin of yam.
It's soaked in water, isn't it?
Kanpachi is also fatty and delicious ლ(´ڡ`ლ) やまI forgot to take a picture.
This one also has no peculiarities and is easy to drink 🍶. やまIt was a shame that Nabeshima was sold out, but I realized that there was a Kuroryu I had been wanting to drink for a while.
It is a delicious, refreshing drink 🍶. やまNabeshima is my favorite sake.
I was allowed to try it at a vegetable sommelier's restaurant in Sendai many years ago, and I fell in love with it.
I love its crisp and pleasant taste.
I am happy to have found a place in Kyoto where I can drink it.
It has a slightly sweet taste when it rolls around on the tongue.
The yuba and shiso wrapped in fried tofu, kampachi and scallop sashimi are also delicious.
