5/10 A series of alcoholic beverages I've never heard of. I guess it means a drop is worth a thousand ryo. I looked into it and found that it was available in a variety of specifications. It's rare to find a product that says "Nama Ippon" on the label nowadays. This is a good old-fashioned sake. It has a strong alcohol taste, and the flavor is found in the alcohol.

5/10 This sake is made by the Sasaki Sake Brewery in Kyoto, which has brands such as Jurakudai and Nishijin. In fact, the character for "thunder" is different and the bottom has three rice paddies. This sake itself is a mystery as it is not listed on the Sasaki Shuzo website. I wonder if it is a limited edition sake. The taste is dry. It does not seem to be a particularly good sake, but it has a mild and tasty flavor. It is a very good sake for a small restaurant.

6/10 Unusual sake from Osaka. It seems to be a small sake brewery that produces mostly raw sake. It is made from Aizan, and has a certain character. It has a soft sweetness, but the structure is firm and dry. It was delicious and I would like to try another sake.

7/10 Mansaku no Hana no Tourmai Sake Series. November is Aizan. I have the impression that Aiyama is a rice that really shows its characteristics well. It has a very different flavor from October's Akinosei. I think it is characterized by a distinct sweetness. Yeast No. 12 has a clean image, but I have the impression that Aizan has a clear sweetness and umami.

7/10 Tsururei's new sake Shiboritate. It is a seasonal product every year at this time. It is a very good sake as a food sake. For some reason, I was drinking it together with a senior I had never met before who was sitting next to me, talking about how good it was. It is fresh, but has a good umami flavor. It is best at room temperature.

7/10 Nabeshima for the first time in a while. And it has an orange label. I think this is the only Nabeshima that uses Gohyakumangoku. And it was a raw sake. It has a fresh aroma of melon and orange, and a sharp mouthfeel that is typical of Ihyakumangoku. The taste was a little subdued, as if it had been aged for a long time. It is still delicious!
