This sake is made by the Sasaki Sake Brewery in Kyoto, which has brands such as Jurakudai and Nishijin.
In fact, the character for "thunder" is different and the bottom has three rice paddies.
This sake itself is a mystery as it is not listed on the Sasaki Shuzo website.
I wonder if it is a limited edition sake.
The taste is dry.
It does not seem to be a particularly good sake, but it has a mild and tasty flavor.
It is a very good sake for a small restaurant.
