The overall transparency is delicious on its own, but the overt and overt aromas accentuate the flavor with different aromas. The sweet and umami flavors can be felt at a level that is not unpleasant, and the balance is good.

This restaurant pours sake from a bottle in front of you. The sake cups are Bizen ware, which is unique to Okayama, and give a good impression. For 400-500 yen for half a sake bottle, I was very satisfied.
