吉報シモサHere is the second bottle at Obanzai Shino. My memory is a bit fuzzy at the end of the second meeting, but I drank the last bottle of Onogawa Tenka, a limited distribution product. It is a type with moderate sweetness and a sharp aftertaste.
The sharpness is similar to that of Kido from Wakayama.
This sake is also a perfect accompaniment to tofu. I enjoyed it. 吉報シモサI went to a restaurant in front of Obihiro Station called [Obanzai Shino], which is the place to go if you like Japanese sake.
I told them my preference and what came out as a recommendation was Rokkasen's limited edition sake. This is a rare sake that is only available at Rokkasen's March event, and I had a somewhat precious image of it.
It has a fruity aroma and a taste that is unique to Yuki-Megami (Snow Goddess), but the alcohol content is a little high at 16%. It is a good sake to be enjoyed with a side dish rather than on its own.
There seems to be an event at least once a month, and I will participate in the event hosted by the restaurant later this month. RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
