This time Ukema Junmai Ginjo Jikin Special Junmai Saku Masanotomo SASHIMA Junmai Ginjo Hachibei Yamahai Junmai Now, in order Uema Junmai Ginjo The aroma of rice is calm and cool, the taste is full and full slowly, and the ginjo aroma is sharp and lingers pleasantly on the palate and nose. Before ordering the sake, we also ordered a local craft beer, "Uema Beer"! It is very refreshing and has a clean, refreshing taste with a sharp aftertaste.
