Before ordering the sake, we also ordered a local craft beer, "Uema Beer"!
It is very refreshing and has a clean, refreshing taste with a sharp aftertaste. It goes very well with fatty dishes such as meat dishes, and is a perfect match with the dishes of the day [Matsusaka beef hormone with onion ponzu] and [chicken mayo].
