No characteristic aroma, mellow sweetness and umami on the palate, and a pleasantly light aftertaste.
Delicious sake that does not feel like an alcoholic beverage.
I have nothing more to say about it, it's just so good ✨.
The hotel was a little far from the city, so I took a local train from Hoshikawa Station on the Sangi Railway to Kuwana City, but from a distance you could not tell it was a train station at first 🤣.
It's kind of intoxicating 😁.
