It gives the impression of a taste that sake lovers would like.
The spiciness is not strong, but it lingers in the nose.
The smell of alcohol is strong, or perhaps the aroma has a chemical flavor, which I did not like 😢.

Finally, here is the sake 🍶.
It was a little off my taste buds because of its strong sweetness, but I was drinking it while I was getting nigiri to finish off my meal, and the wasabi in the nigiri was quite effective, so it balanced out the sweetness of the sake 😆.
It was a synergistic effect that made it taste good, so it was a lucky combination of food that I didn't aim to order.

This is also the first Junmai Daiginjo sake I have ever had.
It has been a while since I have had a Daiginjo, so I thought it might be a bit peculiar, but it was surprisingly very easy to drink.
It definitely has some peculiarities, but they don't interfere with the food.
I felt that it was just the right sake for drinking with sake and entrées, as I did today.

Abekan金魚 純米吟醸

My husband had reserved this restaurant for drinking with an acquaintance, but his partner was suddenly unable to make it, so he brought us there instead.
We started with Abe-kan. I had never had this sake before, so I ordered it.
The aroma was not assertive, but the taste was soft and very fruity.
What kind of fruit? It's hard to give an example because of my lack of experience, but I just say it has a strong fruitiness 😅.
