I drank the green bottle, but I like the platinum better. It has less acidity. According to the store staff, Platinum is a food wine that does not interfere with meals.

塩むすび
This is also the first Junmai Daiginjo sake I have ever had.
It has been a while since I have had a Daiginjo, so I thought it might be a bit peculiar, but it was surprisingly very easy to drink.
It definitely has some peculiarities, but they don't interfere with the food.
I felt that it was just the right sake for drinking with sake and entrées, as I did today.
