Akatake is still delicious😋!
The label says it's dry, but it's a delicious sake with a good amount of rice flavor and sweetness!
Akatake is one of my personal favorites and I'm impressed with the skill of the young Toji 😊.
I'm not sure what to make of it, but I'm sure it'll be great.

This is the first time I drank Hououmida's sword, and it was delicious! Hououmida is a good sake that you can never go wrong no matter which one you drink😌.

My friend ordered some! She gave me some!
I had no idea what it was, so I was excited to take a sip! It's very sweet and the alcohol is 14 degrees, so it's really easy to drink😋!
It's a big bottle of nigorizake with about half of the lees in it!
But it's not overpowering and the aftertaste is surprisingly refreshing! This is the type of sake that you can't help but drink.

It's lightly nigori, slightly sweet, with a strong Yamada flavor, but with a clean aftertaste that doesn't linger that long!
Kuheiji is very good😋.
