I had no idea what it was, so I was excited to take a sip! It's very sweet and the alcohol is 14 degrees, so it's really easy to drink😋!
It's a big bottle of nigorizake with about half of the lees in it!
But it's not overpowering and the aftertaste is surprisingly refreshing! This is the type of sake that you can't help but drink.
