Kamizen-nyosui Junmai-Ginjo I've been familiar with this drink since I started drinking alcohol about 30 years ago. In those days, when there was a lot of sticky, cheap booze, that's exactly what I remember, drinking it like water, and it tasted so good! I haven't found the name in a really long time and bought it. (It was on the fridge at a select store, I wonder if it's back in popularity?) I knew it, yes, like water! For better or worse, it tastes like water. The aroma is light, and it disappears after a period of time after being poured. When you inhale it through your nose, it has a faint ginjo aroma that is not assertive. There is no aftertaste, just like water, but it's not the same. After holding it in your mouth for a bit, a hint of sweetness comes in! But it goes away smoothly. It is a safe drink and can be recommended to people who don't like sake. I would enjoy it during a meal with a strong flavored meal.

Keiryu Junmai Domuroku Activated Nigori Nigiwari Sake It has been a long time since we have had an unrefined sake. There is a hole in the cap and it is degassed. The taste is simple and has no peculiarity. No, it has some peculiarities, but it is not as peculiar as it looks (muddy condition). When I put the muddy part in my mouth, I can feel sweetness. Is it the sweetness of the rice? But it is tangy. The alcohol content is 14%, and the drink is more intoxicating than the alcohol content. I think it's better with cheese or snacks after a meal than during a meal. The impression of the mouth seems to overwhelm the meal. The sweetness of the rice is a true taste (eaten) sake. It's like a delicious amazake with an alcohol content. You can taste it while feeling the starch. Why do you think they are so "muh-roo"?

A beautiful amber colored sake. I drank it hot. It is easy to drink with a pleasant flavour. It is delicious on its own, but the blue cheese is a great accompaniment. It has a nice aroma, probably due to the fact that it was heated. The aroma is not strong, but it has a pleasant maturation aroma. I would like to try it without warming it up next time!
