I tried "Kudokibe" which I was curious about on Mr. Sakuramoto's Instagram ♫ I really liked the fresh aroma and taste, which is a well-balanced fusion of sweetness and sourness like pineapple ♫ The alcohol content is high, but it goes down well. I had it with meat and it was great! It was a good sake today too ♫

I discovered a kikido that I wanted to try. The moment you put the glass close to your mouth, the good aroma comes out all over the place! Fruity and sweet, yet easy to drink. I also got a bottle of tasake (rice wine) to go with it. It has become a habit of mine to go to the liquor store every Sunday. It was a good sake today too ♫

Sashimi set for ehomaki without rice for sake 🤣. The sake is fruity with a bit of acidity chasing after it. Sorry I'm new to sake so I'm not very good at describing it (lol). I will be posting the sake I buy and drink from now on ♫ Good sake again today ♫
