Sake degree -17.0, Acidity 2.0
Delicious - sweet. Personally, I could do without the acidity, but it is wonderfully sweet❤.
I guess this acidity is what makes the aftertaste so crisp.
The mouthfeel was clean, but the sweetness spread out and it was delicious to drink crisply 🍶.
I wonder if the spiciness in the back of the bottle goes well with a meal.
It was light and cloudy.
I thought it would be more refreshing and slushy, but it was dry! Oh, I read in the comments that it was fruity, but it was dry and heavy.

It was sweet to my tongue ♥After swallowing, it left a tingling sensation on my upper jaw and tongue, and I felt the sweetness coming on quickly at first, but spicy later. I felt it was spicy afterwards.
I thought it was a heavy sweet sake rather than a light one ❗🍶.
I think it is dry, but not too dry. It has a clean taste and does not have that heavy sake taste that comes afterwards. Sake that goes well with snacks 🍶.
It is rich and has a refreshing aftertaste. It is easy to drink without any strange acidity or dullness, but I feel a bit of heaviness that makes me easily intoxicated.
