Junmai sake from Hoken Shuzo, the toji of Tetsuya Doi, winner of the National Tasting Sake Championship in his 20s. 1st place in GOLD in the Junmai sake category of SAKE COMPETITION 2019. 45% Yamada Nishiki, 50% Hatan Nishiki. It has a well-balanced, mellow taste typical of Yamada Nishiki.
