With the bonito tataki I bought at the supermarket ^_^. Smells sweet! but it didn't taste sweet. I think it's a little sour but not spicy. Is this a reverse version of "Awaii"? I felt it was mellow. I learned that the one I've been drinking was sweet.

Bought in Sendai. Sweet scent? I think it smells sweet. I felt it had a strong alcohol taste or presence. It was delicious with beef tongue. I drank it with beef tongue and it was delicious ^_^. It was relatively easy to drink.

I bought it in Akita. It seems it's only available in Akita. Easy to drink ^_^ but could it be sweeter? It's hard to find a sake that I like. PS: As I drank more and more, it became easier and easier to drink and I finished 300mL in no time!
