Rice malt: Saga no Hana
It was really interesting.
It had a thick sweetness like cream and a bright sourness like lemon. It was like lemon-flavored white chocolate.
Rice polishing ratio 70%, alc. 13.7
This was a sake I drank at a ryotei (Japanese-style restaurant) a long time ago. The sake bottle was beautiful with a shallow pink color, and the cup used was small and cute, with a picture of Mt.
The taste was light and soft, and would be popular with women. When drunk warm, it had a strange and nice aroma, and I thought it would go very well with sushi.
Now that I think about it, otters are not perfect sake, but I still think they are good sake. When I was younger, I didn't like sake very much, but when I drank Otters I thought "this is delicious" for the first time, and I gradually grew to like it. It was as if I had opened the gate to a new world.
