It was a sweet aroma sweet soft sake. It is a sake from a project called "Our Shushushu". The label was designed by an artist, and the bottle and cap were made to match. The bottle and cap were made by Ayumasamune to match the picture. The pink bottle with the red label is cute. The cap is also a nice brown color.

Sake blended by the owner of a nearby liquor store. The sake is Myoko's Chiyonomitsu, and the design is a prancing horse of Mt. It is a local sake to the fullest. Not too sweet, not too spicy, and with a refreshing aftertaste. It was a gentle sake.

I bought it after being told that it was a limited edition of Gindagawa. The name seems to be Sumiori. When he recommended it to me, I was talking about the one with the surprise mark, so I bought it without knowing the name💦. He said they only wholesale to that store, so I figured it must not be available and bought a batch of what was to be 2 more bottles ❤️. It's a little tangy, but not too much. It's a little tangy, but it's not bubbly. I was told it was a little sour, but it's very sweet and tart and gentle. Delicious👍

This is the last of the hummingbird projects we started in January. My favorite, Snowy Plum! This was a monthly event where we would go to the liquor store to get sake made for this project. This Yukinubai is also not for sale. It is said to be a draft sake. First of all, the aroma is sweet and fruity. The aroma is sweet and fruity, and the taste is sweet rice rice rice rice! But it has a strong aftertaste (sorry for my poor impression). It goes well with meals. Easy to drink - I really like Yukichubai. I wanted to keep a record of the previous bottles, but since the bottle is this one (not for sale, so no label), I didn't put it up. I hope they do it again! https://sakelab.net/info/hachidori-project/

I was at the local supermarket when I heard the word "seasonal"... As it says, it is sweet and fruity without being pungent. It goes best with the greens from my parents' house (May greens, they say)! Does it go with spring things? I also got some butterbur, so tomorrow I'll drink it with butterbur.

It doesn't mention the brewery. I wonder if it was made by Hohoemiso, a farmer's inn... I'm not familiar with doburoku, so I can't compare or anything. Koi sake? Spicy! Then comes the sweetness of the rice. I read in a pamphlet that you dip shabu-shabu meat in it. I tried it and I see what you mean. It might be good.

Tsukifumi no Ike Sake Mother Pressing This sake has a sweet and sour taste like vinegar, and is very unlike sake. What kind of food does it go well with? It is truly a strange sake. Quote from Hoteiya. What is a "mother of sake?" In the sake brewing process, a miniature portion of the seed is first made. This miniature part is called the "sake mother. After the sake mother is made from rice malt, rice, and water, the ingredients are added and grown to make sake. Shubonne is sake pressed at the "sake mother" stage, which is the miniature part of the sake. Although it has a low alcohol content of 10%, it has a strong sweetness and acidity. It is a sake with great impact.

Nanbu Bijin's Super Frozen. It is said to be. A gift. A real taste of spring. Sweet and refreshing. I didn't know it tasted this good when it was freshly made. It tastes cool and delicious when you drink it when it is not fully thawed.
