I hadn't had this sake for a long time at my parents' house because it was a local sake. It was of course a good answer in terms of fruity, but it was a bit difficult to drink as if it were a brew because it had not lost its bitterness and alcohol flavor. I was looking for something a little fresher and more refreshing.
