Why is regular sake, so common in Hokkaido, rarely checked in? Even though it tastes so good.
Sake in Hokkaido tastes good enough as a brew, even if it is not junmai. I would like to go there next time to find out why.
This is a wonderful sake with the strength and freshness of the Asahikawa land!
