Niigata fish and Niigata sake at Ajinofei Honten, owned by Yoshiike in Okachimachi!
I saw Niigata Sadogashima's Kintsuru on the menu, so I ordered it, but instead of the Kintsuru label, it was Junmai-shu Kazeyawaka from the same Kato Shuzo Brewery.
Unlike typical Niigata sake, Sadogashima's sake is light and dry, with umami and rice sweetness rather than a refreshing taste.
You also ordered Koshinoshiratori with it...
The first post was from Iwate!
I like sweet sake.
One cup was a rarity,
I bought it at the Iwate product exhibition at Ueno Station while talking to a shopkeeper.
I brought it home and drank it at room temperature for dinner.
I love this taste! I love it!
