Yuki no Kayasha Yuki no Bousha Production number sake A little over 4,000 yen for a four-pack bottle, and a little exciting! It is a little difficult to understand for a beginner, but you can smell the slightly unique aroma of rice softly on the first attack! When you pass it through the center of your mouth, you feel an elegant sweetness, and when you spread it all over, you feel alcohol and a slight sourness, and the taste disappears quickly. When you pass it through the center of your tongue, it tastes too clean and beautiful. We enjoyed it very much!

When I drank it a few days after opening it, the unique aroma was gone and I replied to the sake with an elegant sweet and savory taste. After a few days, I like it very much.

Fukuchou Fukuchou Junmai Ginjo Hachitanso Honsei The balance of sweetness, acidity and umami is very good. After drinking it down with a good sharpness, the bitterness finishes it with a crisp taste. It was delicious!

I was treated to a cup of sake by a senior sake drinker! It has a very beautiful taste! It has an elegant sweetness like wasanbon, and the taste disappears as soon as you drink it down! After this, we also had a glass of Jyushiyo's Futanouji, but it was so delicious that we felt we might have had it in the wrong order!
