Bought an Ottersai Junmai Daiginjo 45 Kanzou Hayabou at a liquor store in Osaka!
They changed the rice polishing ratio to 45 instead of 48 a few years ago.
It has a fruity taste that is typical of Ottersai, but it also has a crisp and solid taste. The aftertaste is a little different from the regular Ottersai 45? I think so. It's a good bottle, no matter what.
This is Izutsuya Ihei's Nakaguri Genshu. After tasting it at Hanshin Department Store, we decided on this as our New Year's sake! It was a delicious sake with a delicious taste but a clean and gorgeous aftertaste. I want to buy it again ^_^.
