First time in my life I've had floral sunshine! No way, no how I got it✨. As soon as I opened the bottle, I could smell the fruity aroma. It's unfiltered, so it's cloudy. The moment you put it in your mouth, the sweetness spreads. It's so sweet that you can understand the expression "like pineapple". Mmmm. It's good😋. After it went down my throat, it was surprisingly light and refreshing. On the second day, I opened the cork and poof! It was a bad night of drinking lol. It was a bad night of drinking (laughs), but it still had that first day feeling. On the fourth and fifth days, it was calmer and the sweetness lingered more than on the first day. I'm happy to drink the drink of my dreams😄. I'm going to drink it slowly, enjoying the way it changes day by day✨.

Toyofuji winter version✨. It's been a while since I've posted anything, but I've been having a few beers and cocktails for dinner, lol. It looks like a new label with a winter image. The sourness is very good, and it has a strong Toyopai flavor. I can't wait to try it while I'm sucking on a squid 😋. I'll update the other sake I drank later as I think of it lol

Hojoi Junmai Daiginjo Green Nanako Nuri This sake is polished to 49% and seems to be made from Yamadanishiki for the koji rice and Houhai rice for the kake rice. It has a faint ginjo aroma (like an apple) that changes to a bit dry if you keep it in your mouth for a bit. It's very light on the palate. But it has a solid rice flavor. It is like Toyohai and proceeds lightly, wanting to drink the next one. Today, they served it with salted squid, but if you add some snacks to it, you can drink it more lightly than if you drink it by itself. Hochi is good!

Asakai Junmai Shinshu【Namaikanshu】. It has a freshness that is typical of an unpasteurized sake. When I opened the bottle, I didn't notice much of an aroma, but when I drank it, a fruity feeling appeared and slipped away quickly. I could feel the 'freshness' that was on the label. It wasn't bad, so it was a nice combination with food. Personally, I think this label is cool! I found another good sake.

When I opened the bottle, I immediately noticed an apple-like fruity taste. The color is clear and uncloudy. The sip has a smooth mouthfeel and the flavor of the sake spreads. There is no harshness. The zesty aftertaste is not unpleasant, but there may be a slight alcoholic feel to it. I like it. I think it's a good accompaniment to a meal. However, there were aspects of it that I felt were a little too light. However, I thought this was a very good cosmetic product.
