The first 14yo. As expected, it is expensive. The flavor, drinkability, and aftertaste are all of the highest quality. Even people who don't like sake can enjoy it. I have not had sake for a while, but this is a gem that made me reaffirm my love for sake.

Smooth, light flavor with a soft taste that maximizes the flavor of the rice. Fruity and strong in flavor, but with a clean aftertaste. I got it for the first time on the owner's recommendation. It goes very well with sashimi and grilled fish. Very satisfying as a closing drink. I will go back again.

Purchased because of the logo. The aroma is mellow and the taste is very fruity. It is rounded and easy to drink, and has become one of my favorite bottles of sake. It goes well with sashimi and sushi.

Nagato Gorge We had a drink at a nice izakaya (Japanese style bar) we found in Shibuya. It had a perfect balance of sweetness and sourness, just the way I like it. I think anyone who loves sake will enjoy this drink.

We were told that it was no longer available, so we requested it. It has both sweet and savory flavors and a refreshing taste. The label is distinctive. It is called "Aoyamayu" because of the blue color of Miyamanishiki.
