Smooth, light flavor with a soft taste that maximizes the flavor of the rice.
Fruity and strong in flavor, but with a clean aftertaste. I got it for the first time on the owner's recommendation. It goes very well with sashimi and grilled fish. Very satisfying as a closing drink.
I will go back again.
