Fruity aroma, with a hint of rice? Slightly effervescent. Juicy sweetness on the palate. Sourness and bitterness come later. The bitter taste is what remains at the end. ★★★★

It starts out sweet, and then the bitterness and acidity kick in. The white malted rice is used, so I think it is a little different from the image of Imi that I had heard. As the description says, it is a food sake. I enjoyed it very much. It was very tasty.
