Purchased at the Hankyu Brewer's Festival. Mellow rice flavor. Slightly dry but not too dry. It is delicious with some acidity. Mellow umami? Mellow and dry? A kind of type. It has a classical atmosphere, but I think it is more sweet than spicy.

One more Kamo Goyo. It's no surprise that Daiginjo is delicious. I bought the Kami-Sen because I believe that a brewery that brews a good Kami-Sen is a brewery with real talent. When heated, the rich flavor spreads in the mouth and is delicious. I can drink this as much as I want😄.

Kamo Goyo is the oldest sake brewery in Okayama with over 300 years of history. After deciding to close the business last year, I heard the news that the local people stood up to support the revival, and I went to the brewery to buy a drink if it is so loved sake❗. The taste is smooth and well-balanced with sweet and savory flavors, yet satisfying to drink and really delicious😋.

日本酒に加えて近年は地ビールも作っていた多胡本家酒造さんのお酒。倒産したと聞いてもう飲めなくなると思い購入。お燗で。香り良く酸が立つが飲みやすい。地元の歴史ある酒蔵が突然消えてしまうのは悲しいですね…
