Tour of liquor stores near Kyoto Station Part 1
First, we went to Isetan Kyoto 👣.
Haneda Sake Brewery of Shuyama, Kitayama, Kyoto was there.
Unfortunately, they didn't have any of their exclusive Daito, but we were able to taste 4 different kinds of sake!
From left to right
Haneda Junmai Unfiltered Nama Sake
Kyo no Kiraki 60% polished rice 17.5
Fresh and mellow!
Haneda Junmai
Kyo-no-Kiraki 60% polished rice 15.5
It is easy to drink with a clear, delicious acidity. The base of Daito
Also good during meals. Also OK to be heated.
It was Ichiban's favorite. ❣️
Haneda Junmai Ginjo
Gohyakumangoku 55% polished rice, 15% alcohol.
Light and elegant. Good at ryotei (Japanese-style restaurants).
Hatsuhinode Junmai Daiginjo Unfiltered Nama Sake
Gohyakumangoku 50% polished rice 17.5
Kyoto yeast "Kyo-no-Koi" is used.
Delicious with a very clean taste!
When I was offered a tasting, I told them I couldn't buy it, but they let me try 4 different kinds!
The explanation was very polite 🙏.
I was told that the sake I liked the most was sold at Isetan, so next time I visit, I would like to buy it and drink it!

Hello â
The person in charge of the event at Isetan's sake department, I guess it's just a coincidence, but I avoid him when I go there because he's so pressured😅I guess he was a good person at that time.

Pon-chan, good evening ^ ^.
I like the third one, Haneda Junmai Ginjo, to look at, but Pon-chan's favorite Junmai looks delicious✨.
I'd love to drink it with a meal: ✌️

Good evening, Ane-san 😊.
It was a mild brewery that allowed us to taste and take pictures 😆 The people at Isetan event and the brewery sales people in Kansai are very pressured 💦 I always run away from them 🤣.

Good evening, Manta 😊.
I thought so too by its appearance, but Jungin seems to be for ryotei (Japanese-style restaurants), and it's not assertive enough to complement the dishes 😅I recommend the first or second one 😆 You won't know until you try it 💦.

Pon-chan here too 😆.
As Ane-san said, the shopkeepers in the liquor department are very pressured, so I look at the alcohol while running away 🤣 some of them come right up to me when I approach the fridge 🤣.

Thank you bouken for your time 😊.
I always go to the Chugoku area to check out Hana Hato, but they are having an event 😅I'm not sure how many times I'll be able to see it this time 💦I told you earlier 🤣.
