Mild Japanese pear-like fruit aroma. The mouthfeel is full of minerality, and the flavor spreads. The palate is full of minerality, and the flavor spreads with a sweetness like muscat and a bouncy freshness that is outstanding! The tangy, slightly carbonated taste is also a nice accent, and the slightly bitter aftertaste is a lasting taste. It's so good! I think I like this one better than the collaboration with Shiraito Shuzo! Yum!

This is the second brew from Hibi Brewery's second "Hibi Hibi Musha Shugyo" series! Like Shiraito Shuzo's, it has a refreshing taste, and is suitable for a mealtime drink. However, it has more umami in the mouth than Shiraito Shuzo's, and while enjoying the taste of the sake, it has a light aftertaste, making it a very good food sake that allows you to feel the deliciousness of the meal and the sake. In my opinion, I like it better than the previous version. Although there are no specifications on the bottle, I think it is a junmai sake in terms of sake quality. It was a glimpse of the kind of sake that Hibi Brewery is aiming for. Thank you for the sake!

Collaboration with Shiraito Shuzo, famous for Tanaka Rokugo. The elegant melon-like sweetness spreads with a mild mouthfeel. The amazing minerality and silky smoothness are pleasant. And the non-stressful flavor that somehow seems to soak into the body is as good as it gets. Delicious!

The Tomita Sake Brewery version of Nichinichi Mushashugyo, which brewed Shichibonshari, and the Sengoku version of Nichinichi Mushashugyo to compare the tastes. We enjoyed the difference of a bottle made from the same Yamadanishiki produced in Tojo, Hyogo Prefecture! The nose has a fresh fruit aroma like muscat, and when you take a sip, you can taste the sweetness of the firm rice and refreshing citrus acidity, along with a gentle shuffling sensation! I could feel the change of taste in my mouth that I feel when I drink Senkou, and it was a bottle that made me drink too much! The same rice can change when it's produced in different places! Alcohol content: 13%. Polishing ratio: Undisclosed (100% Yamadanishiki from Tojo, Hyogo Prefecture)

The second series of Nichinichi Brewery's Musha Shugyo is finally here! And first, the day at Tanaka Rokugo's Shiraito Shuzo! What can I say, it is a very refreshing sake, perfect for a mealtime drink. It is a sake with a subtle hint of Tanaka Rokuugo, and is a sake that is more suited for a mid-meal drink. It is the kind of sake that goes well with all kinds of food. It is the kind of sake that shows the path to the ultimate food sake that Mr. Matsumoto is aiming for.
